LaBrocca joined AGS after a 19-year career with Gaming Laboratories International (“GLI”), where he most recently served as Senior Director of Engineering. As a member of GLI’s executive leadership team, LaBrocca was responsible for customer satisfaction; drafting technical standards and legislation; working closely with government and jurisdictional agencies on approval of gaming regulations; and testing all types of gaming devices, central control systems, and casino management systems. 

Elison brings 10 years of gaming industry experience to AGS. Most recently, he served two years with BMM Testlabs (“BMM”) as its Director of Technical Compliance & Strategic Development. Before that, Elison served eight years with the Nevada Gaming Control Board’s Technology Division, ending his tenure as Lab Manager.

Agreement provides international customers with quality ongoing support, maintenance, and development of current platform 

LONDON, U.K. – Dec. 19, 2017 – IGT has announced that it has signed an agreement with Optima Group for the licensing, support, and development of IGT’s sports betting platform in all international regions outside of Italy, the United States, and Canada. 

As part of the agreement, signed on Dec. 15, 2017, IGT is licensing its Sports Betting platform to Optima, enabling it to provide the day-to-day management of IGT’s existing sports betting relationships in international markets, and to be IGT’s preferred supplier for delivering sports betting solutions in these regions.

LONDON, Dec. 4, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- International Game Technology PLC ("IGT") (NYSE:IGT)  today announced that Lotterie Nazionali S.r.l., a joint venture which is the exclusive manager of Scratch & Win in Italy and owned 64% by IGT subsidiary Lottomatica Holding, and directly and indirectly owned 20% by Scientific Games Corporation and 16% by Arianna 2001, has accepted a nine-year contract extension for the Italian Scratch & Win concession.

The acceptance follows a communication received from the Italian regulator Agenzia delle Dogane e dei  Monopoli regarding the extension of the Italian Scratch & Win concession  through September 30, 2028, in application of the Law Decree n. 148/2017 recently converted into law.

Lotterie Nazionali S.r.l. is required to pay an upfront fee of €800 million in three installments. The first installment of €50 million will be paid by December 15, 2017; payments of the second installment of €300 million and third installment of €450 million are expected to be made in April 2018 and October 2018, respectively. The payments are expected to be funded by the joint venture partners and pro-rated based on their respective ownership percentage. All other conditions will be the same as the original concession.
