Málaga-based gaming machine distributor, Grupo Vid has renewed its contract with global gaming solutions provider Aristocrat Technologies for the distribution and maintenance of its Salon games in the Spanish market. In addition to Andalusia, the contract also includes Grupo Vid’s exclusive distribution rights into the regions of Castille-La Mancha, Rioja and the Basque Country – a combined area encompassing over 35 percent of Spanish territory and more than 27 per cent of the national population.

LONDON, March 21, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- International Game Technology PLC ("IGT") (NYSE: IGT), announced that its subsidiary, IGT Global Solutions Corporation, has entered into a three-year extension agreement with the Kansas Lottery to continue providing IGT's INTELLIGEN™central computer system and services to monitor electronic gaming machines throughout the state. This extension, part of the original central system services agreement awarded to IGT in 2008, is expected to begin on December 15, 2019 and run through December 14, 2022.

The agreement, which is the result of a competitive procurement process in which IGT was the incumbent, is for an initial term of 10 years with a provision for one or more extensions totaling up to five years thereafter. TIPOS has been a valued IGT customer for over 25 years.

Under the terms of the agreement, IGT will provide TIPOS with a new lottery central system, retailer terminals, associated software and peripherals, as well non-lottery software and services such as prepaid mobile phone top-ups and event ticketing for sports and cultural events.
The solution, scheduled for deployment in early 2020, includes IGT's Aurora central system, the Open Retail software terminal system, and 3,400 Retailer Pro terminals and Printer Pro printers. IGT will also continue to provide ongoing services to TIPOS including central system/terminal installation and maintenance; warehousing; retailer training and hotline/data center management and operation; a communications system; field services; and consumables distribution.
In addition, IGT will provide TIPOS with a full range of marketing consultancy services including game portfolio development; marketing programs to drive same store sales growth; provision of data analytics and market research support; and retailer network development programs.
The Aurora core lottery system is a suite of open and agile components designed to drive lottery innovation and profitability. US Gaming License Award
On March 6, 2019, the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board ("PGCB") conditionally approved GAN plc as an Interactive Gaming Manufacturer, a key step for GAN which reflects the Company's reputation and long-held commitment to transparency, compliance and probity. This license is GAN's second gaming license in the US following the receipt of a full Casino Service Industry Enterprise license in the neighbouring State of New Jersey in April 2017.
The Pennsylvania licensing fee now payable of $10,000 is significantly lower than the Company's previous expectations for $1M in direct licensure costs for delivering interactive gaming services to clients in Pennsylvania.

LONDON, U.K. – Feb. 19, 2019 – International Game Technology PLC (IGT) (NYSE: IGT) announced that its subsidiary, IGT Global Solutions Corporation, has signed a one-year extension agreement with the District of Columbia’s Office of Lottery and Charitable Games (DC Lottery) to continue providing instant tickets and related services through December 1, 2019. Under the agreement, IGT will continue to provide a comprehensive range of instant ticket services for the DC Lottery including game planning and marketing, research and analytics, graphics support, and the production and printing of instant tickets.
IGT has been a print vendor for the DC Lottery since 2014. During this time, IGT has developed multiple tickets for the Lottery, ranging in price from $1 to $10. In addition, IGT helped the Lottery launch its first Super Ticket™ in March 2018 and has continued to help the Lottery attract new players by providing innovative content.
