Gaming Arts Acquires Las Vegas Bingo Supply, Inc.
Strategic acquisition expands Gaming Arts’ customer reach, product portfolio
LAS VEGAS: July 11, 2018 – Gaming Arts, LLC (“Gaming Arts” or “the Company”) today announced that it acquired the assets of Las Vegas Bingo Supply, Inc. (“Las Vegas Bingo Supply”), a privately held Las Vegas-based supplier of bingo equipment, paper, and daubers. Terms were not disclosed.
Under the agreement, Gaming Arts acquired all the assets of Las Vegas Bingo Supply, including its product inventory, equipment, and customer relationships. As part of the deal, Gaming Arts will also assume Las Vegas Bingo Supply’s role as an authorized Nevada distributor for Arrow International, Inc. (“Arrow”), the world’s largest manufacturer of charitable and social gaming solutions, giving Gaming Arts more opportunities to expand its customer reach.
Gaming Arts Chief Executive Officer and Founder David Colvin said, “This asset acquisition enables us to better serve our existing customers, as well as build our customer base throughout the state of Nevada as the foremost supplier of bingo and keno technology, solutions, and supplies. As the exclusive distributor for Arrow, we will also be able to meet the needs of our existing customers more effectively as the edge-to-edge supplier of everything related to bingo and keno. This is another milestone in our Company’s growth.”
